This is a great sunshade but keep in mind that it does not include any of the hardware you will need to install it as shown or your own setup. It is made of very solid material and the stitching is very sturdy throughout and at the grommets themselves. The color seemed a little darker than shown in the listing but it was fine. It definitely keeps the sun out but doesn't create a heavily shaded effect. We live in South Florida and we need shades of refuge at times.

I am not really a fan of these sun shades because they seem to always be shading an area beside where you want the shade due to the angle of the sun. The triangle ones seem totally useless, but I saw that this was offered in a large square, so I thought it could overshoot my area and make up for it. The material is definitely durable, with reinforced seams and metal rings at the corners for connecting. The fabric is breathable and also reflects UV rays in addition to providing shade, which means sun protection and cooling. The breathability also ensures that rain can pass through as well as wind so the sail is not jostled about during inclement weather or pooling water above. Ordering this with a perimeter that exceeds my desired coverage area has ensured that more of my area remains shaded regardless of the sun's position in the sky. It also can be installed at different heights and angles to better suit your preferred coverage area. It makes an effective barrier wherever you need a canopy outdoors.
