★★★★★★★★★★ Quality of product is awesome, communication is poor. The quality and fit of the sun shade sail rate a 5. I do not know how it will hold up to Florida environment, but am loving it right now. However, I am giving them 4 stars rather than five and would give lower if I did not like the shade as much as I do.I ordered a large size (11'x29') and expected it to take a while to receive. However, the seller kept changing the expect by date and finally told me it had probably been lost in shipping and I could ask for a refund. Received it two days later. I had to go to the shipping site to get any reliable information. Order from them if you have patience.
