I measured mine, and it's an inch short on the height, and a few inches short on the total length. Now, with that said the product does arrive folded up in a square, and it didn't lay 100% perfectly flat when I was measuring it. So I put a weight on one side, gave it a gentle tug since the material has a bit of stretch to it, and I was easily able to make it true to size.Full disclosure: I haven't installed it yet, I plan to use button snaps so that it's removable, and I'm waiting on those to arrive.Mine did come with 50 black zip ties which are labeled as being 5.2mm x 200mm (.20" x 7.87").
