TANG New Design Retractable pergola canopy-No more fixing shade piece on your pergola or gazebo. Retractable shade panels can be easily pull back when shade is not desired or when extreme weather approaches.
About length: If you fully expand the fabric (without installing the control tape). Each section measures 2.5’ long.
The length listed already include the drape factored in (2’ span between sections). And you can also set the drape to your preference by limiting distance between sections with the control tape.

★★★★★★★★★★ I like the retractable option for my back porchJust finished the installation of the Retractable Pergola.The price for getting the non-standard length was more then I wanted to spend, so I did buy the 4’ x 12’ (but I needed 13’’) & 4’ x 16’ (but I needed 23’ extra ~ $300). Ended up using the 16’ wiring for the 12’, and bought extra wiring (for about $40) for the 23’ section. Saved myself a little over $200. It’s not perfect, but I like the price because not sure about the durability.Fyi: you do need 2 people to install it.

Easy to install and have held up over the last year. no fading, no rust, no tears.The biggest issue are the hangers for the canopy. They come loose with the slightest wind and I've lost a few pieces. Does not look like Tang makes replacements for those particular pieces.The canopy itself is very light, so be sure to secure the canopy when not in use if its windy. it'll blow all over if not.
