The visibility *when close to the fence i.e. from a dog's point of view* is more like 50%. Hope this helps to clarify why this didn't completely work for the purpose I was buying this product.This is a well made product and it looks nice on the fence. Seems to be wearing well after several months. However, I would add it is not cutting out more than perhaps 50% visibility, which was disappointing to find out after I had everything installed. I bought this to keep dogs from barking at each other through the fence/running up and down the fence thinking if they couldn't see each other, it would stop that activity. But, it is very easy to see through this material -- as mentioned, in my opinion only about 50% visibility is blocked. Not what I was expecting based on the description. So, depending on your use it may work well for you... it is a well made product and I did keep it up on my fence because other than the disappointing visibility issue, it is a product I'd buy again / recommend for quality, ease of use, color, zip-ties are supplied, etc.
