Installed on Pergola for shade used several seasons

Bought these to help shade my patio from the brutal Texas summers. They're cute and work well.

After spending several hours browsing available options, we settled on a set of these three six-foot triangles for our back patio, which we suspended between our house and detached garage. The size was dang-near perfect, and although the gaps between the shades are bigger than we expected, the coverage is totally fine for our purposes. We're in a colder northern state, and our patio only gets four or five hours of direct sunlight in the middle of the day in peak summer months, so the partial shade we get from these is totally fine. Installation was fairly easy with the hardware from a hanging kit. Stitching seems pretty solid, and despite some strong wind, everything seems to be holding pretty tight. Since we just installed them a few days ago, it's hard to say how long they'll last - I'm guessing we'll get two or maybe three seasons out of them, assuming we keep them out April through October-ish - and that seems totally fine given the price. All told, we're pretty happy!

This was not the listed 6' on any of the three sides, and with the curves it barely shades anything. I have a 4' ledge I'm trying to shade, and had sized up, but this was still much too small. Size way up! The D-rings seem sewed on well, and it's nice rope is included, but the material is plastic-y and I'm not confident it will hold up to summer sun exposure.
