★★★★★★★★★★ Little Sun, Little WindI bought these shades for my open carport. I hung them on the sides so that I can wash and wax my vehicle without having to worry about the sun. They worked exactly as I had hoped, blocking out the direct sun rays. This is the first time in many years that I've been able to wash and wax a vehicle without being completely rushed, or having to move the car several times to stay in the shade.Additionally, they stand-up well to gusty winds. The material is fairly thick, well stitched, and has good flexibility. I wouldn't suggest leaving them up all the time, but mine held strong through blustery wind conditions, while I was washing my vehicle. They also blocked a fair amount of the wind. The shades were very reasonably priced. I love these shades.2 people found this helpful
